U.S.-Canada Border: Despite Closure, 4 Million Got In And 18,000 Tried

Despite remaining closed since March 21, new data shows that 18,431 people were turned away from entering Canada and that 4 million people have successfully made the journey, sparking fears that some are flouting border regulations.
