The company has signed a $7.5 billion agreement to acquire ZeniMax Media, Bethesda Softworks, and their subsidiary game studios. These include Bethesda Game Studios, id Software, ZeniMax Online Studios, Arkane, MachineGames, Tango Gameworks, Alpha Dog, and Roundhouse Studios.
