Reuters reported that Chinese energy giant CNOOC, which fell -13.97% overnight in Hong Kong, and Semiconductor Manufacturing (SMIC), which fell -2.7% overnight in Hong Kong, could both be added to Trump’s investment ban for US investors as the administration forces policies on Biden.
