The newly overhauled Les Etangs de Corot Hotel & Spa is only a short drive from Paris, but set on the banks of a lake surrounded by forest, it feel miles away, and it's reinventing the staycation for Parisians as well as the layover hotel experience for visitors on their way to Versailles.
