Naloxone kits will be available at Kingston-run facilities starting February

Starting Feb. 1, 2018, 16 city-run facilities will be equipped with naloxone kits. It's been two months since Kingston city councillors voted in favour of installing the free kits in an attempt to address the growing opioid crisis.
