Alberta earmarks $393M for 20 new, upgraded schools, 3 in Edmonton

The Alberta government is setting aside about $400 million for 20 schools across the province. Two new schools will be built in Edmonton and one will get upgrades. But as Kim Smith reports, there was a notable absence on the list.
