The new childcare centre at Okanagan College in Penticton is one of 9 structures across the country to receive the prestigious Canadian Green Building Award this year. Designed by Landform Architecture Ltd. and built by Ritchie Custom Homes, the building uses about a quarter of the energy that a typical commercial structure would use.
