Councillor believes LRT service could be delayed in southeast Edmonton

The Valley Line is supposed to be bringing LRT service to southeast Edmonton within the next two years but on Monday, a city councillor said he believes the project is so far behind, it could take an extra year. Sarah Kraus reports.
