Justice Michael Tulloch to address London police ‘Trailblazer Award’ ceremony

An Ontario judge who recently delivered an in-depth report on the controversial practice of police street checks will be the keynote speaker at the Lewis Coray "Trailblazer Award" for Youth presentation.
