Precision Drilling among 7 Calgary-based companies dropped from S&P/TSX composite index

Eight energy companies, seven of which are based in Calgary, have been dropped from the Toronto Stock Exchange index. "It's been a very, very tough year," Precision Drilling president Kevin Neveu said.
