Roseneath man arrested after stolen vehicle recovered in Cobourg: OPP
Northumberland OPP responded to a reported theft of a vehicle in the village of Roseneath, north of Cobourg, on Nov. 14. The vehicle was found on Nov. 23 in Cobourg.
