'Strong undercurrent' in Congress's favour in Northeast: Jairam Ramesh

Congress general secretary (communications) Jairam Ramesh claimed that the BJP's strategy in the Northeast has been to use regional parties to spread its presence but this is not going to work in the Lok Sabha polls.
