Russia's arrests of opposition leader Alexei Navalny 'politically motivated', European Court of Human Rights rules

The European Court of Human Rights has ordered Russia to pay opposition leader Alexei Navalny Eu 63,000 after ruling his multiple arrests at rallies to be politically motivated.
