Donald Trump has claimed "big crowds" turned out to support him on his state visit while organised protests against him flopped, in the face of images appearing to showing thousands of people opposing him. Though isolated supporters were also present on Tuesday road closures kept crowds away from Mr Trump's motorcade, while groups outside Buckingham Palace on Monday were largely comprised of tourists.
