Newcastle Falcons to be promoted to Premiership to replace relegated Saracens as RFU unveil 'best playing record formula'

Club will make an immediate return to the Premiership providing they meet the RFU's Minimum Standards Criteria as the remaining fixtures across all leagues below the top flight will be worked out based on a points per game formula
