SNP pledges free meals for all primary pupils in Scotland

Speaking at the party’s conference on Saturday, Education John Swinney made the announcement and warned that Scotland was facing a “tsunami of child poverty” if Chancellor RIshi Sunak pushes ahead with a “second wave of austerity.”
