National Guard activated after man shot dead by ICE agents in Minneapolis, DHS says man was armed

According to Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara, the Minneapolis Police have identified the victim as a 37-year-old male who was a resident of the city. Local media identified him as Alex Pretti.
