Council for Higher Education approves Kiryat Shmona University in effort to rebuild Northern Israel

"The decision to approve the Kiryat Shmona University of the Galilee is a central step in the process of restoring and strengthening Kiryat Shmona," said Education Minister Yoav Kisch.
