On Thursday, Mercy Hospital shared photos of five out of the seven Leap Day babies born at the hospital.
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — On Thursday, Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City shared photos of five out of the seven Leap Day babies born at the hospital.
The hospital says the baby boom isn't over just yet—right now, they have six moms currently in labor!
Each newborn was given a white onesie with a green frog on it, and reads "Leap Day Baby 2024."
“While every baby is special, this is a fun way for us to help these families mark a unique birthday for their little ones with a keepsake they can treasure forever,” said Laura Beck, director of nursing for women and infants at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City.
