An arrest warrant was posted this week for a crash that happened in September in Oklahoma City involving a driver allegedly crashing a vehicle while high on PCP, according to court documents.

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - An arrest warrant was posted this week for a crash that happened in September in Oklahoma City involving a driver allegedly crashing a vehicle while high on PCP, according to court documents.

According to a Probable Cause Affidavit, Oklahoma City Police responded to a call of a fully engulfed vehicle crash back in September.

OKCPD say they responded to Northwest 23rd Street and Broadway around 4:30 a.m. on September 7 to find a vehicle on fire.

Next to the crash was Oklahoma City Fire speaking to a naked man with several burns on his body, according to documents.

That man was Cory Debose, who allegedly had driven westbound on NW 23rd that morning. Around Broadway, he allegedly hopped a curbside and ran into several street signs, and a traffic electrical box, and ran over the concrete bus bench before crashing past a restaurant.

The affidavit states that a woman who was on the scene said that she was driving by and saw the car on fire go by. She hopped into the vehicle when it crashed and pulled the man inside, out of the vehicle.

Documents detail police walking over to Debose and asking him if he had been driving to which he replied, "I don't know."

Then, documents said that officers asked him if he had been drinking any alcohol to which he replied "no."

Finally, it states that officers asked Dubose if he had taken any PCP to which he said, "Yes, PCP!"

Dubose was arrested and eventually released, charged with a municipal count of DUI according to OKCPD.

However, according to jail records, Dubose is a repeat offender who has been arrested and convicted several times on several different charges.

Records also show that at one point he was arrested for larceny, a felon in possession of a firearm, and convicted for distribution among other charges.

On top of that, Dubose has a DUI on his record in the last ten years according to OKCPD. Which they said that means his alleged DUI arrest from September should have been a felon charge but wasn't.

This week an arrest warrant was sent out for Dubose for a felony DUI charge.

There are several programs for inmates who need help reintegrating into society after being let out. A major one that works closely with inmates is T.E.E.M. who offer a broad amount of services.
