Firefighters battle house fire in NW Oklahoma City
Fire crews responded to a house fire in northwest Oklahoma City Monday night.
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Fire crews responded to a house fire in northwest Oklahoma City Monday night.
According to the Oklahoma City Fire Department, crews responded to a home near W. Main St. and Villa Ave. around midnight.
Upon arrival, flames could be seen coming from the roof, but firefighter quickly knocked the fire down.
Fire officials say they were concerned with the building next to the home catching fire, which was an abandoned grocery store with lumber inside.
No one was found inside at the time of the fire. The fire was put out and no injuries have been reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
