OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - According to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, all eastbound and westbound lanes of SW 134th St. over I-44 will be closed beginning Thursday.
Officials say the closure is for bridge deck repairs. It will begin at 8 a.m. Thursday and continue through early August.
Due to the closure, the following detours will be in place:
Drivers accessing westbound S.W .134th St. can use eastbound I-44 (runs north) to S.W. 119th St and take westbound I-44 (runs south) to S.W. 134th St.
Drivers accessing eastbound S.W. 134th St. can use westbound I-44 (runs south) to S.W. 149th and take eastbound I-44 (runs north) to S.W. 134th St.
ODOT is encouraging drivers to use caution in that area and to expect delays.
