Fourth person arrested for "gang related" April murder in NW OKC
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Another person has been arrested in connection to an April murder in northwest Oklahoma City. Officers arrested Salvador Saenz on Thursday for his connection to the murder of Robby Clark at the London Square Apartments off NW 6th street on April 24, 2025.
A warrant was issued for his arrest that same day by the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s office. Saenz was accused of getting rid of the vehicle used in the murder.
Police arrested Juan Balderas and Baden Cornelius for the murder back in June.
Clark’s death was considered suspicious when police arrived at the complex in April but later it was determined to be gang related. His girlfriend, Seyena Baxter, found him.
"He didn't move. And then I noticed he wasn't breathing,” said Baxter. “So then I screamed and I screamed out his name."
She said Clark had been working to better his life.
"He was trying to get out of the gang life anyway. He didn't want to do it like that no more,” said Bazter. “We were almost there. And, you know, this happened."
Police were able to connect Balderas and Cornelius to the murder through cell phone records, as well as surveillance of a house known for gang activity.

According to court documents, Cornelius cased the complex two days before the murder. Records show he confused another man living at the complex for Clark, even pointing a gun at him, before asking for identification. Cornelius eventually used an Uber to leave that night but returned two days later in a different car. That was the day Clark was killed.
Police believed that Saenz was told to get rid of the getaway car, a silver Ford Focus. He was a homeless man living in a shed at the back of the home that was being watched for gang activity. According to court records, Saenz took the car to an empty lot at Southeast 25th and set it on fire.
The DA’s office also issued a search warrant for data through Uber, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Multiple cell phones were found on Cornelius and Balderas when they were arrested.
One woman, Kali Gamble, was also arrested in the case in September for conspiracy.
Baxter said it has been a long five months since her boyfriend’s death and she was glad to have closure.
“They need to take responsibility and step up because it's not right,” said Baxter. “It's not okay. So I just want justice for him."
Balderas, Gamble and Saenz are being held in the Oklahoma County jail on $10 million bond. Cornelius is being held on a $5 million bond.
