Overnight Risk of Severe Storms

A slight risk of Severe storms and Supercells will exist overnight tonight into Tuesday morning across our State, especially in the Yellow shaded area. A VERY strong "Cap" is currently in place over nearly the entire State. As a Jet Stream storm travels across our State tonight thru Tuesday night some, but not all will see Severe storms and Supercells. The most likely area is far Northern Oklahoma tonight and much of Eastern Oklahoma PM Tuesday. Peak threat for OKC is a few hours either side of Sunrise Tuesday with a fairly low 30% storm chance.
