According to Agarwal's LinkedIn page and an OSU academic catalog, he appears to be a Professor of Physiological Sciences at Oklahoma State University.

However, a spokesperson for the institution said, "He’s a staff member above all else. I’ve confirmed that last fall he gave a guest lecture (online with no contact with students) for one singular class session, but he is not the “Instructor of Record” for any course.

Court documents obtained by News 4 shows Agarwal communicating online and by cell phone to an undercover agent who was posing as a 14-year-old girl from Broken Arrow.

The questions ranged from asking if she likes older men, to if she wants to "see something naughty."

During the chats, the affidavit states Agarwal admitting to having sexual relationships with three teens ranging in age from 13 to 16.

Oklahoma State University sent an official statement to News 4 about Agarwal's arrest.

The university has been made aware that an employee was arrested Friday at his home in Oklahoma City. The university is fully cooperating with law enforcement in this investigation. Because this is an ongoing investigation, the institution cannot provide additional comment regarding the case at this time.

The document also accuses of Agarwal of making multiple attempts to meet the girl, setting dates, times and locations.

Edmond Police says they are still investigating the case, and are urging any possible victims to come forward.

A spokesperson from the Oklahoma County Jail confirmed Monday, Agarwal has since been released from jail after posting bond.

News 4 has tried contacting Agarwal for any statement or information for any attorneys. We are waiting to hear back.

As of 5:26 p.m. Oklahoma State University has confirmed Agarwal is no longer employed by the university.
