Oklahoma tribes file lawsuit to stop hunting prosecution of native citizens on tribal land

The Choctaw, Cherokee, and Chickasaw Nations filed a federal complaint on Tuesday in an attempt to stop the state from prosecuting tribal citizens hunting on tribal land without state permits.
