Rep. Cuellar accuses Justice Department of 'entrapment', is grateful for pardon

Democratic South Texas Congressman Henry Cuellar says the bribery case against him by the U.S. Justice Department was built on "entrapment" and he is grateful to be pardoned on all charges by President Trump.
