Fallen Vietnam Veteran honored during dedication ceremony

A Stroud native and war hero is memorialized at Tinker Air Force Base. The family of Chief Master Sergeant Donald J. Hall dedicated his personal items to Tinker Air Force Base at the Airman Leadership School.
