DHS: More 'Smart Wall' to be built along Southwest border, including Laredo

Dozens of miles of new border wall, as well as waterborne barrier and advanced technology will soon go up on the border in Texas and Arizona, including in Laredo for the first time, the Department of Homeland Security announced Thursday.
