No additional bike lanes on Classen Boulevard after city council vote

A heated debate in Oklahoma City came to a conclusion Tuesday morning at the city council meeting in Oklahoma City. Bike lanes were set to expand on Classen Blvd. at one point, but now, that won't be happening.
