Group asks for clemency for death row inmate; calls for reform of death penalty

Some Oklahoma lawmakers and a group against the state’s death penalty met Tuesday to ask for clemency for Kendrick Simpson. He’s the next death row inmate scheduled to be executed in Oklahoma.
