Lawmaker moves to end cross-pledging revenue between Oklahoma turnpikes

A state lawmaker is pushing to end a long-standing financing practice that has allowed the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority to keep tolls in place on roads that have already been paid off by using that revenue to fund other turnpikes.
