'Greetings from Levy Park' music series in Crowley announces 2024 lineup
Greetings from Levy Park (GFLP) announces the lineup for its 2024 concert season, featuring an array of musical talent from across the nation.
CROWLEY, La. (KLFY) -- Greetings from Levy Park (GFLP) announces the lineup for its 2024 concert season, featuring an array of musical talent from across the nation.
The 11th concert season will kick off March 8 with a performance by The Pink Stones from Athens, Georgia. The series will continue on March 22 with Matthew Logan Vasquez from Austin, Texas, followed by Dustin Gaspard from Lafayette on April 5. The season will conclude on April 26 with a performance by Dylan LeBlanc from Florence, Alabama.
Since its inception over 10 years ago, GFLP has offered a diverse range of genres including funk, soul, pop, bluegrass and country. The series has welcomed thousands of locals and tourists to historic Levy Park and Acadia Parish, providing a free, family-friendly way to enjoy music in a beautiful park setting, said Keeffer Kelbaugh, Kyle Gordon and Amy Thibodeaux, the founders of GFLP.
The concerts will take place in Levy Park and will be free to attend. Beverages will be available for purchase, and a variety of food trucks will be on site. Additionally, there will be activities for kids, ensuring a fun-filled day for the whole family. Pets are welcome, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets.
