Chadwick Martin, 30, of Lafitte, Louisiana, was cited for alleged crabbing violations, including crabbing without a commercial gear license and filing false public records, and faces fines and restitution totaling $77,400 for illegally harvesting 38,700 pounds of blue crabs.
