Heartland Recovery will be towing any vehicles still in the restricted area by 3 a.m. on July 12 and can be reached at 785-232-1015.

The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes and will run from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on July 15-17 and from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on July 18-19.
