KU announces 41st annual Late Night in the Phog date

LAWRENCE (KSNT) - Kansas basketball has announced the date for the 41st annual Late Night in the Phog event.
Jayhawks head coach Bill Self broke the news on Monday via social media (X) that the event would return on October 17.

The event introduces the crowd to the men's and women's basketball teams for the seasons.
It features player introductions, scrimmages, skits, and speeches.
Last years' event included musical guest Lil Jon.
The men's team finished the 2024-2025 season 21-13 (11-9 Big 12) and were eliminated in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
The women's team 16-14 (6-12 Big 12) concluded its season in the first round of the conference tournament.
