Isolated storm chances to start the week
What We’re Tracking
- Isolated storm chance
- Still hot, sunny
- Storms return by the middle of the week
A few scattered showers and storms have lingered through the overnight hours. Most folks are staying dry. Temperatures have only dropped down into the lower to middle 60s. South wind has maintained into this morning.
Continued hot on Monday with sunshine and lower 90s, but some changes are on the way. Highs should reach the upper 80s Tuesday, but the cloud cover starts to increase ahead of a cold front and rain chances. Showers and storms become more likely Tuesday night for the first round.
A cold front moves through Wednesday bringing another round of scattered showers and storms dropping temperatures back down into the upper 70s to lower 80s as we finish out the week heading into the weekend.
