Flu shot clinics set to open in northeast Kansas
TOPEKA (KSNT) - Flu season is fast approaching northeast Kansas, but locals will have several opportunities to get their vaccinations.
Flu shot clinics are getting ready to open in Manhattan, Junction City and Topeka, courtesy of Stormont Vail Health. People are encouraged to swing by one of the health center's clinics to get a shot in an environment that is both fast and convenient.
Taylor Bugg with Stormont Vail Health said in a press release that people who need to get vaccinated can participate in one of five upcoming flu shot clinics. She said these are available to those who have set up appointments but are also available to walk-ins and people using the drive-thru.
