Pleasant start to the Fall season before widespread rain returns
What We’re Tracking
- Clearing out for tonight
- Mild, sunny for Monday
- Widespread rain on Tuesday
We will become partly cloudy overnight as temperatures fall into the lower 60s. Overall, a quiet night with light wind and moderate levels of humidity.
Some areas could see some dry time for the first day of Fall with partly cloudy to mostly sunny weather for a good portion of Monday. There is a chance for scattered thunderstorms by later in the evening. Highs for Monday should be around the upper 70s to lower 80s for a mild to warm feel to start out Fall.
The better chance for showers and storms comes on Tuesday. Some areas could see heavy rainfall on Tuesday before we finally clear out past mid-week, bringing slightly cooler weather for the second half of the week. Later in the week, temperatures return to more of a mild feel heading into the first weekend of fall.
