Kansas Livestock Convention returning to Manhattan
MANHATTAN (KSNT) - The Kansas Livestock Association (KLA) is hosting its annual Convention & Expo in Manhattan next month.
The event begins with the Cattlemen's Banquet, where longtime KLA members with be honored, a scholarship will be awarded and Nevil Speer, an agricultural consultant from Kentucky, will deliver the keynote speech highlighting improvements in beef quality.
The Convention & Expo will be held from Wednesday, Nov. 19 through to Friday, Nov. 21 at the Manhattan Convention Center. Other events at the convention include:
- Beef Industry University.
- 2026 market trends.
- Consumer Trends Forum.
- Industry Appreciation Reception.
- And more.
Livestock producers and stakeholders can register for the event online or by phone at (785) 273-5115. Early bird tickets start at $75, and prices will increase on Nov. 1.
