Trunk Or Treat In NOTO

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Noto is alive and filled with families participating in their Trunk or Treat Saturday afternoon. 

For free kids can dress up in their favorite costumes and roam the streets with their families collecting candy at business and community partners.  

"I think it's a really safe way for younger kids to get integrated with Halloween without having to go door to door and being out in the middle of the night when it's really cold out," Tamara "Levi", Director of Marketing for Capital City Crushers says "so having events like this that are in the afternoon I think is really nice especially for you know their toddlers who are still in strollers and gives them a way to participate too."

Noto has its 4th Sunday acoustic Artismo tomorrow from 3 to 8 pm.
