JEFFERSON COUNTY (KSNT) - A Union Pacific freight train derailed alongside Bridge Road just west of Perry, Kansas, Saturday night. Jefferson County Sheriff, Jeff Herrig, tells 27 News the derailment took place just after 10:00 p.m. and resulted in over 20 railcars overturning.
