AUSTIN (ABJ) — Apple Inc. appears to have leased an entire office building in Austin's Westlake area.
The tech titan signed a lease for 82,000 square feet at the Las Cimas I office building just south of Bee Cave Road, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s market report for the fourth quarter of last year. The building is 82,787 square feet, according to past Austin Business Journal reporting, which suggests Apple has taken over the entire building. It's unclear when the lease was signed.
Commercial real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle is advertising the property, which is at 804 Las Cimas Parkway. Kevin Kimbrough, managing director at JLL, confirmed a full building lease was finalized but could not comment further due to a confidentiality agreement.
