Court backs bank demolition in Hollywood — but also demands more review for Frank Gehry project

In a defeat for preservationists, a three-judge appellate court panel cleared the way for the demolition of a 1960 bank building in Hollywood. At the same time, the court sent the redevelopment project back to the city for more work.
