L.A. Taco journalist sues LAPD in latest allegation of police mistreatment of media

Lexis-Olivier Ray, an award-winning journalist for L.A. Taco, filed a civil rights lawsuit alleging Los Angeles officials have routinely interfered with his ability to properly document sweeps of homeless encampments.
