Echoing the raids in L.A., parts of Chicago are untouched by ICE, others under siege

In many parts of Chicago, people are going about their daily lives untouched by the immigration sweeps. In others, ICE agents are clashing with protesters and residents feel under siege, much as they did in Los Angeles in summer.
