FAA denies top official ordered cockpit voice recorder to not be reviewed in taxiway landing

The order to not review cockpit voice recordings from a Dec. 29 incident where a Horizon Air plane landed on a taxiway came from the FAA headquarters, but not a top official John Duncan, a source familiar with the investigation said Monday.
