Coleman Brigman, Valley Christian

Position: Outfielder
The Santa Clara University recruit went 2 for 4 with four RBIs in a 6-0 victory over St. Francis in a matchup of the top-ranked teams in the Bay Area News Group rankings. Brigman delivered a two-out single to break a scoreless deadlock in the bottom of the sixth, then broke it open with 345-foot double off the fence to clear the bases in the bottom of the sixth.
Sara Osterberg, Menlo-Atherton

Class: Senior
Events: 1,600 and 3,200 meters
In advance of this week’s distance medley relay in the Stanford Invitational, the long-distance runner at M-A swept the 1,600 and 3,200 meters at the Serra Top 7 Invitational with winning times of 5:20.93 and 11:42.09, respectively. The former is a PR that ranks her No. 21 in the Central Coast Section.
East Bay
Ryan Stemplinger, Foothill
Sport: Baseball
Class: Senior
Position: Utility
In three Falcons victories against teams with winning records, Stemplinger was 5 for 7 at the plate with five RBI, two walks, and two runs scored. In a 10-1 win over Dublin, he was 3 for 3 with a double, two runs scored and an RBI.
Madelyn Mays, Concord
Sport: Softball
Class: Junior
Position: Pitcher/third baseman
Mays was only a single short of hitting for the cycle in a 12-2 victory over Berean Christian. She finished with three hits in three at-bats with three runs scored and two RBI. Mays was also 3 for 4, including two doubles, with two runs scored and three RBI in a 17-4 win over Deer Valley.
