Democrats divided into two groups for debate stage
The Democratic National Committee divided the field into two groups Friday for debates that will be held June 26 and June 27 in Miami.

WASHINGTON – Former vice president Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., the two leading candidates in early Democratic presidential polling, will share the stage later this month as the party holds its first back-to-back nights of debates.
The Democratic National Committee divided the field into two groups Friday for debates that will be held June 26 and June 27 in Miami.
Joining Biden and Sanders in one group are Sen. Kamala Harris of California, Sen. Michael Bennet of Colorado, Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana; Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York, former Colorado governor John Hickenlooper, Rep. Eric Swalwell of California, author and spiritual guru Marianne Williamson and technology entrepreneur Andrew Yang.
The other group will include New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey, former Obama Cabinet member Julián Castro, former congressman John Delaney of Maryland, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, former congressman Beto O’Rourke, Rep. Tim Ryan of Ohio and Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts.
