May 15

10:46 a.m. in the 1000 block of Camden Avenue: A man, 39, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to have a tooter straw, and he was under the influence.

4:57 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The suspect and the victim have been in a dispute over the past few weeks over noise issues. They got into a fight in the parking lot. The victim alleges that the suspect pulled a knife on him during the incident. The suspect alleges that the victim threw a punch and that he never pulled a knife.

4:03  p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 49, was looking into cars and was found to be under the influence.

1:36 a.m.  100 block of Curtner Avenue: Officers responded to an alarm call. A man, 25, was in front of a business, and his bicycle was abandoned on the premises and he had no explanation for it. He also possessed property from the business and was arrested. He was escorted to the patrol car and refused to get inside. He passively resisted then kicked at the car and used his legs to prevent officers from placing him inside. He was restrained and taken to jail. He also possessed methamphetamine and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.

4:18 a.m. in the 100 block of Union Avenue: Someone rummaged through the victim’s car and stole items.

May 16

1:25 p.m. in the 20 block of North Leigh Avenue: A woman, 32, was making nonsensical statements and was found to be under the influence.

8:19 p.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Budd Avenue: A man, 24, was stopped for a traffic violation and was cited for possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

2:10 a.m. at Bascom and Pamlar avenues: A man, 49, was stopped for a traffic violation. He had an outstanding felony warrant and was arrested.

5:21 a.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone stole several items and fled.

5:28 a.m. in the 1000 block of East Campbell Avenue: A 2011 Ford Explorer was stolen.

May 17

2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone cut the cable lock on a bike and stole it.

12:32 p.m. in the 100 block of Cherry Lane: A woman, 40, was seen walking into the open back yard of a residence. She was on searchable probation out of San Joaquin County. A search of her shopping cart revealed drug paraphernalia and mail belonging to the resident of 200 block of Friar Way. The woman had been seen near that address approximately an hour prior. The Friar Way resident confirmed that she had stolen the mail from the mailbox.

12:44 a.m. in the 1000 block of South Bascom Avenue: A 29-year-old was causing a disturbance and was found to under the influence of a controlled substance and had a felony warrant.

1:49 a.m. at South Bascom Avenue and Apricot Drive: A man, 61, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

2:40 a.m. at Camden and South Bascom avenues: A woman, 36, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to have a misdemeanor warrant.

May 18

8:05 a.m. in the 1000 block of El Solyo Avenue: A man was seen by the victim entering the back door to her residence after he used a lock pick to unlock the door.

12:24 a.m. in the 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 38, was seen riding his tricycle while pulling a bicycle. Officers identified him as the suspect from the above burglary. He admitted to going into the residence then fleeing when the victim confronted him.

8:27 a.m. at South Bascom Avenue and Whitethorne Drive: A man, 39, was found to be a convicted felon in possession of 77 .22-caliber bullets and a methamphetamine pipe.

5:15 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue: During an argument, the suspect punched the victim and then brandished a pocket knife just prior to fleeing. The victim sustained a cut to his hand during a fall to the ground.

6:42 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 36, was causing a disturbance at a business and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

9:23 p.m. in the 700 block of Marilyn Drive: Someone threw a rock through the victim’s front window.

10:18 p.m. in the 1800 block of Palo Santo Drive: A man, 70, shot a bb gun and threw rocks at the fence. The victim wanted prosecution for causing unreasonable noise.

2:29 a.m. in the 300 block of Curtner Avenue: Two men were in a vehicle with another occupant that was involved in a collision. One man admitted he drove the vehicle out of the area after the collision but said the occupant was driving during the collision. He was found to be DUI, and the other man was too intoxicated to care for himself.

2:29 a.m. in the 300 block of Curtner Avenue: A 24-years-old collided with a parked vehicle and was found to be DUI.

00 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone installed a card skimmer in an ATM.

May 19

8:05 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone stole the victim’s credit card from her unattended purse and used it to make fraudulent purchases.

5:20 p.m. in the 700 block of Nido Drive: A woman and a man, both 26, were heard in a physical altercation and were seen driving away from an apartment. The man had several large lacerations on the top of his head and redness and swelling on both sides of his face. It was determined that the woman was the dominant aggressor, and she was arrested.

1 a.m. in the 3000 block of South Bascom Avenue: During a dispute, the bit and scratched the victim. The victim said the suspect strangled her three days prior.

1:19 a.m. at Creekside Way and East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 46, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was in possession of oxycodone, drug paraphernalia and a credit card and ID not in his name.

3:45 a.m. in the 1000 block of Audrey Avenue: Three suspects tried to steal the catalytic converter from a vehicle.

May 20

Overnight in the 1200 block of White Oaks Road: A 2011 Ford E350 20-foot truck was stolen.

16000 block of Loretta Lane: The rear plate was stolen off a 2016 Mazda CX.

3:56 p.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Hacienda Avenue: A man, 51, was contacted during a welfare check and had an outstanding warrant.

12:10 a.m. in the 800 block of Jones Way: During a dispute, a man, 29, headbutted the victim and grabbed her by the collar, causing a scratch. He held the victim down on the bed for several minutes.

4:26 a.m. in the 800 block of Gale Drive: (S1) Lamese Khoury, 32 years old and (S2) Alex Vandrielen, 28 years old,

Two men were contacted at an apartment complex while sleeping in the pool area. One was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of drug paraphernalia. The other was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of drug paraphernalia, fentanyl and personal ID information.

May 21

8:05 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman, 59, was leaving the Boogie Music Festival when she was stopped for a traffic violation. She was found to be DUI and was arrested.

6:55 p.m. in the 2000 block of Winchester Boulevard: A man and a woman, both 30 years old, were leaving the Boogie Music Festival when they got in an argument. The woman grabbed the man’s hair and hit him on the head.

8:28 p.m. at Campbell and Union avenues: A man, 61, was speeding and stopped abruptly at the intersection. He was contacted and was asleep at the wheel. He was found to be DUI and was arrested.

11:52 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman, 38, stole a jacket. When she was located, she was in possession of the jacket as well as a shaved key, drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine and had an outstanding warrant.

9:33 p.m. in the 2100 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, was in the bathroom but was refusing to leave. He was in possession of drug paraphernalia and had an outstanding warrant.

3:34 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone threw a rock through a glass door and made entry. The suspect stole items from a reception desk.
